Compassionate Tools for Constructive Conflict - October 15th, 22nd, 29th

$0.00

Conflict is a part of life that can disrupt relationships and your sense of safety. Too often conflict becomes divisive with less than desired results. However, moving through conflict constructively can lead to cooperative families, nurturing relationships, and inspired teams. Taking the time to discover your beliefs about conflict can support your personal growth. We'll explore the nervous system involvement in conflict and the impact of power struggles. You'll learn how to become a witness to your experience and how to make a repair that goes beyond a simple apology. This course will leave you more resilient, agile, and keenly aware of your own agency. It's an essential class for anyone seeking empowered and compassionate leadership in their daily life. This class is not meant to treat or diagnose any condition.
