Performance Project at Broward Center for the Performing Arts - Maggie and her program were an excellent re- source for our camp. Not only was the workshop packed with valuable information but it was fun and energetic as my employees actively participated. It was definitely a tool that helped them remember strategies before teaching the children. All the information was helpful, and our teachers were most excited about using the 6 basic needs when interpreting a child’s behavior. We are also going to say aloud our mission statement at every morning assembly.

Bright and Smart - The workshop Maggie Macaulay prepared and presented for our summer camp staff was an extremely effective program. It brought together people who had never met before and gave them a connection with each other to use in the workplace that would also benefit their work purpose. It was engaging, provided beneficial work procedures to use and was empowering to the employees.

Santa Fe Mountain Kids - Maggie has a warm and engaging style of working with groups. Our staff training had a great balance of team and trust-building activities with practical learning about specific areas of child development and behavioral challenges. The pace and tone was focussed and fun, yet purposeful. The training helped to set the right tone for the summer, making everyone feel at ease with one another, and confident about their role and working together. We will definitely invite Maggie back again next summer to launch our summer program!
