Navigating the Role Shift with Grace as Your Parents Age - April 8 & April 15
It is a huge shift as your parents age. You may be both parenting your children and stepping into greater caregiving with your parents. You may not know what to expect or what responsibilities you wish to accept. Things may feel weirdly upside down and off-kilter.
In this this live two-part virtual program held over Zoom, we will explore how to navigate this big shift with grace, compassion, and respect.
You are not alone in experiencing this. I offer a hand in companionship as you step through this tender threshold.
This workshop spans two sessions for a total of three hours.

What are people saying about this program? “Even in the first few minutes, this class gave me completely new ways of thinking about how I interact with my aging parents. As a result, I’m able to be more understanding and patient, and less stressed. Highly recommend.” - N.S.
