Stay Steady: Be Grounded in Calm, Connection and Compassion - July 22nd & 29th
During times of chaos, rapid change, or volatility, having the skills to “stay steady” will enhance your well-being, allow you to be responsive rather than reactive, reduce stress, increase your focus on healthy action, open the way for inspired, encouraging leadership, reduce conflict, and create a more harmonious and accepting environment at work and at home. In this interactive training experience held over two sessions, you will learn twenty-five skills for staying steady.
